Trond Bugge works as Co-creation Manager, Group Strategy, Development & Innovation at IKEA. He has a combined experience of 16 years as a Planner, Research & Strategy Manager, and Innovation Strategist, and 11 years as a "BootStrap Innovator" / Tech Entrepreneur.He is a proud IDG Entrepreneur of the Year nominee among other prizes.
Trond has been active in the early years of Innovationsledarna, through the Open Innovation and Certification Group.Trond has worked as a Corporate Innovation consultant for CGI, Arla Food, Nordic Choice Hotel, Lantmännen, Kinnarps, Paulig, AstraZeneca, Göteborg Energi and more. He has over the years also enjoyed being a mentor for various tech startups, and 3 years in a row Jury member of Venture Cup - Sweden's no.1 competition for business ideas and startups.
