The New Thematic Group: AI & Innovation Management Starting Dec 8

This thematic group will explore the possibilities of intertwining AI and Innovation Management. Both in terms of using AI to augment various aspects of innovation management but also exploring how innovation management can support AI integration in organizations, creating the right conditions for new technology absorption. That could be by building the right mindset, leadership, skill-set, ways of working and innovation ecosystem.

Some of the questions explored in this group will be:

• How can AI and Innovation Management augment each other in different ways?

• In what stage of AI Innovation Maturity are Swedish organizations?

• What are the main barriers and opportunities for integrating AI in organizations?

• How could AI disrupt the role of Innovation Managers in the future?

The group will also look into interesting examples of AI applications in companies, public sector organizations and start-ups to learn and be inspired from a wide variety of case-studies.

What are the main opportunities and barriers for integrating AI in your organization?
Explore the 6 dimensions of AI Innovation Maturity Index: strategy, ecosystem, mindset, organization, technology, and data.
