Innovationsledarna – 10 years!
Pioneers with the mission to shape the innovation management profession
This year we celebrate the tenth anniversary of Innovationsledarna! It has been an exciting journey. We started in 2013 with the mission to shape the profession and build a community of innovation management professionals.
Many things have been accomplished, such as the job role description, body of knowledge, and personal certification. The community has grown stronger with knowledge-sharing events and the mentoring program. We have shared our stories in articles and on social media. In 2021, we recognized the first Innovation Management Professional of the Year in collaboration with Vinnova and RISE.
The innovation management profession is now well-defined and has become recognized by employers and society.
However, we are on a journey, and many ideas remain to be explored. We invite you as a member of Innovationsledarna to reflect on our achievements and, more importantly, join forces with peers and shape the path for the future. Innovation management is a fundamental capability for addressing the significant challenges of our time. Sweden and the world need brave leaders with solid knowledge and experience in systematic innovation practices.
Join our upcoming events, contribute to projects, be a mentor and mentee, engage in thematic meeting groups, and inspire others to join our association. Let us continue to shape the profession together for the next ten years!
