What are the opportunities, and what are the risks we need to consider if we want to leverage it for innovation? In this session we will try to provide some frameworks, principles, and directions on how you should be thinking and implementing things in this space. Join us!
We will explore a number of such opportunities, including:
Boosting Productivity with Generative AI
Creating Value for customers and other stakeholders, and building products with Generative AI
Preparing for and driving disruption with the Generative AI wave
Improving elements of the innovation management system with Generative AI
We will then have a quick update on recent development in the AI space, and close off with a hands-on workshop to explore some of the opportunities for implementing these opportunities with AI Copilots, AI-Powered workflows, and AI Agents.

Speakers
Amir Elion
Amir helps leaders and organizations to Think Big about innovation, customer value, culture, products, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, and technology in general. He is one of the leaders for the Innovationsledarna TMG Innovation Management and AI.
He leads the design, build, and release of Generative AI products including chatbots, productivity boosters, and embedding Generative AI features into existing products.
Amir brings 25+ years of experience at Amazon Web Services, Motorola, Teva Pharmaceuticals, two startups (Virtual and Augmented Reality, and SaaS), and consulting roles across multiple industries, Amir loves to challenge leaders and teams from thinking about strategy, all the way to building, launching and operating products and services.
Johan Lager
Johan is senior innovation manager at Point in Göteborg and lead person for Innovationsledarna Node West. He has worked with innovation in the public sector for over 15 years, both as a project manager at the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth and at the innovation consultancy Hello Future, where he was also the host of the popular podcast Transformationspodden. Since last year Johan is responsible for method development in strategic foresight and innovation management at Point, where his focus is on supporting management teams and development teams in creating structure and progress in the innovation system. Over the years, he has worked on projects at national, regional and municipal level, with clients such as SJ, Region Örebro län, Skellefteå kommun, Region Västerbotten and Kungsbacka kommun.
Together with Leif Denti, Mariah Ben Salem Dynehäll and Anna Frost, he is currently working on a book project that aims to make it easier for organizations to work based on the ISO standard for innovation management systems.
