9/3 Create an Innovation Management System with a Serious Game

Let’s collaborate to meet the challenges of Implementing an Innovation Management System!
During this session we will explore different ways to build systematic innovation capability in organisations.

How:
To help us simulate the experience of building an Innovation Management System we will play the serious board game L’Année de l’Innovation (Year of Innovation) aligned with iso 56002.

You will face many of the common challenges of an innovation manager:
How do we spend our limited resources? Strategize or do? What kind of support should we put in place? Should we create many innovation concepts or just a few? How do we handle uncertainty? Do we go alone or with partners? And more…

Together with your team you will guide an organisation through these difficult choices to realize as much value as possible.

You will gain valuable insights into how building systematic innovation capability and implementing an innovation management systems can be done.

As well as an understanding of how the international standard ISO 56002 Innovation Management System can guide you in your efforts to become a future proof organisation.

You will get to discuss valuable real life experiences of building innovation capability and innovation management systems with fellow innovation leaders.
