How to measure innovation - an interactive workshop

The Workshop part of our Member’s meeting will be around the popular topic Measuring innovation. Choosing the correct KPIs for measuring innovation is necessary, but not always easy. You want to make sure you are doing enough of the right activities to reach your goals.

In this workshop, we discuss the metrics and difficulties around innovation KPIs. Does your organization have KPIs to measure innovation, that works really well for you? Do you have experience of KPIs that lead nowhere? Or are you just getting started and want to get some tips as well as listen to other members' experiences?

Johan’s ongoing research addresses the role of innovation management in medium-sized and larger companies, with a focus on, among other things, sustainability transitions, new business models, digitization, and innovation measurement.
