About us -  The association
Innovationsledarna är en ideell förening med syftet att driva frågor som är gemensamma för yrkesverksamma innovationsledare inom alla typer av företag och organisationer i Sverige.

En innovationsledare ansvarar för, eller bidrar aktivt till, ledning och organisering av innovation samt ökad innovationsförmåga i ett företag eller en organisation.

Föreningens syfte är att:
1. Utveckla yrkesrollen som innovationsledare
2. Etablera disciplinen innovationsledning i organisationer
3. Främja medlemmarnas utveckling

Vår vision är att Sverige visar vägen som innovationsledare – varje person och organisation utnyttjar hela sin förmåga.

- Innovationsledarna Mentorship Program. The purpose is to facilitate the matching of mentors and mentees to promote learning and sharing within our community. It might still be possible to join the program. Send an email to Tatiana or Anders. Click this link to see more info

 

- Thematic Meeting Groups (TMG) are:

  1. ”Cross-functional challenges in large organizations” started in June with about 15 participants. The second meeting will be held in December. Contact Magnus Karlsson or Gunnar Storfeldt.
  2. ”Innovation management in the public sector” has 12 interested participants at this time. The group will have the first meeting in February. Contact Stefan Vlachos asap if you want to be part of this group. Click this link to see more info.
  3. ”Collaboration and open innovation” will kick off next year. We have a few interested participants but need more to start. Contact Erik Ronne asap if you want to be part of this group.

 

- Training for innovation management professionals. The purpose is to develop training requirements and to collaborate with training providers to develop training programs for innovation management professionals. The project will be completed end of 2017. Contact Nina Bozic for more information.

 

- Qualification and professionalization of innovation management professionals. The project is coming to an end in December and the purpose has been to pilot and evaluate how a personal certification program can be implemented. Contact Dag Sjöholm for more information. The first certified innovation management professionals will be announced soon.

 

- Meetings development team. The team plans and runs members meetings as well as developing new forms of meetings and ways to engage for members. Contact Magnus Karlsson for more information and how to support and join the team.

 

- Web content team. The team is maintaining and developing content for the Innovationsledarna web site.  Contact Robert Svanberg for more information and how to support and join the team.

 

- ISPIM Stockholm 2018 team (in collaboration with KTH and other stakeholders). The purpose of the team is to plan and prepare for the upcoming ISPIM (International Society for Professional Innovation Management) conference in Stockholm in June 2018. Contact Ingrid Kihlander to join our organizing team.
