All this to support an efficient innovation workprocess that maximizes value creation in the form of user value, growth, social benefits, etc.

Innovation management in a more holistic view goes from being a bit neglected to be handled in the same professional way as other business-critical activities, ie based on clear principles, effective tools and systems, formalized roles, clear responsibilities and relevant skills.

It is a systematic effort and innovation leader is responsible for creating the right conditions, drive the process and to contribute to the results meet or exceed expectations. In short, driving a purposeful change and ensure that value creation is maximized.

An innovation leader manages strategic and tactical issues, is a leader and practitioner, facilitates and participates in projects, can take both user and business perspective, business, etc. It is a multifaceted profession, not simple, but crucial to operations development and survival.

All companies and organizations in Sweden need innovation leader.
